Nestling at the foot of Babadag Mountain against a backdrop of tranquil pine and almond forests, orange groves and meadows, our villa enjoys beautiful and peaceful surroundings yet is only a 5 mins walk to the popular village of Ovacik and a 10 mins walk to the more lively resort of Hisaronu. The nearest beach is the spectacular Olu Deniz – just 10 mins drive away, or a pleasant 30 mins walk through pine forests (all downhill!). The small exclusive complex of 12 villas benefits from 24-hour maintenance and security. The newly-built villa with its own private pool and garden has wonderful panoramic views of forest-clad mountains to the north and west, and stunning views towards the Turquoise Coast to the south. Its hillside location means that the villa benefits from the fresh mountain air and cooling breezes even on the very hottest summer days. Our villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom. There is a large open plan kitchen and lounge area.

Changeover day
We try to make the changeover day as flexible as possible to suit our guests.
Accommodation
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has king size bed, en-suite, plenty of storage space including a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Floor to ceiling windows and French doors opening onto 2 separate balconies with stunning views.
Bedroom 2 and 3 a share bathroom.
Bathrooms: Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over and WC.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a separate bathroom with large shower and WC.
There is a further downstairs cloakroom with WC.
The bathrooms are fully tiled with brand new modern fittings.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted complete with a large fridge/freezer, modern electric oven with gas hob and a dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with all the crockery, utensils and equipment you will ever need for a family holiday.
Utility Room: There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and drying rack, iron and ironing board, hoover and dustpan and brush.
Living Rooms: The lounge area has 2 large comfortable sofas which open up into sofa beds to accommodate extra guests if necessary. There is a large open fireplace for the winter months. Satellite TV and DVD player. The dining area has a large dining table that seats 8.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels (both bath towels and beach towels) and linen are all provided. The villa is cleaned once a week, and towels and linen are changed once a week, but the maid can come more frequently throughout your stay if you'd prefer.
Notes on accommodation
The villa has climate control (air conditioning and heating) throughout and an open fireplace for the winter months. Mosquito screens are fitted to all doors and windows. In the hallway there is plenty of tall cupboard space for storage, and a safety deposit box with pin code for you to use during your stay. There is 24-hour security and maintenance on the complex should you have any problems.
Outside
Outside, the evening sun on the large patio terrace by the pool makes it perfect for barbecues… and sundowners! It’s also the perfect vantage point for watching the paragliders launch themselves off the peak of Babadag Mountain just behind the villa and glide overhead. There is a built-in brick and stone barbecue to the side of the villa by the large sun terrace, and an outside dining area with a large table and chairs for those who wish to enjoy a leisurely lunch or dinner by the pool. There are six sunbeds with mattresses and an outside shower. Our pool measures 8.5m long x 4.5m wide x 1.6m deep.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is stunning Olu Deniz (4km). It's a 10 minute drive, or we often walk it - it takes about half an hour but it's all downhill through pine forests, or you can follow the main Olu Deniz road.
Travel
Flights from the UK to Dalaman airport Turkey take approx 4 hours. Dalaman (airport code DLM) is the closest airport to Fethiye. The journey time from Dalaman to Fethiye is approx 45 mins. On arrival you will be required to purchase a temporary visa for each member of your party at a cost of £10 each. Car hire is not essential unless you wish to travel further afield. If you plan to just enjoy the villa and local area then taxis and the very cheap and regular Dolmus bus services are excellent.
Distances
The harbour town of Fethiye with lots of shops, markets and restaurants is a 15 min drive. Olu Deniz beach is a 10 min drive. On your doorstep (a 5 mins stroll) are the villages of Ovacik and Hisaronu. Ovacik is quiet and sleepy and more traditionally Turkish, while Hisaronu is livelier with more bars, restaurants and shops.

Our local agent can arrange airport transfers for you, will be your contact during your holiday, and will visit you either on your first day, or the next day if on a very late flight he will be able to give you information about the area, arrange excursions, car hire or taxis etc, he can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and speaks very good English.

A £250 non refundable deposit will secure your booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
